More than knowing what to eat. Finding out what works for you.

What is Nutritional Therapy?

Nutritional therapy is a personalised approach to health and wellbeing that considers how diet, lifestyle and individual circumstances may influence your health.

Rather than following a one-size-fits-all diet or focusing on a single symptom in isolation, I take time to understand your wider health picture. This includes your health history, eating habits, lifestyle, preferences and the concerns that have brought you to seek support.

Together, we explore the areas that may be worth focusing on and identify practical steps that are appropriate for you.

Depending on your needs, this may involve looking at food choices, digestive health, everyday routines and, where appropriate, nutritional supplements.

My approach is evidence-informed, individual and collaborative. Nutritional therapy complements conventional healthcare; it does not replace medical assessment, diagnosis or treatment.

Could nutritional therapy be right for you?

You don't need to have everything figured out before asking for support. You may simply know that something doesn't feel right, or that you're tired of trying to work it all out on your own.

I offer personalised nutritional support for women who want to better understand their health, particularly those experiencing concerns such as:

  • Digestive discomfort: bloating, constipation or irregular bowel habits.

  • Food and digestion: uncertainty about which foods suit you, or feeling overwhelmed by advice about what to eat and avoid.

  • Energy and everyday wellbeing: wanting to explore how your eating patterns and lifestyle may be influencing how you feel.

  • Conflicting health advice: struggling to work out which changes are worth trying and how to make them manageable.

  • Building healthier habits: wanting to take better care of yourself without restrictive rules or an unrealistic routine.

I also offer nutritional guidance for parents who would like support with their child's diet and eating habits. You can find out more on my Children's Nutrition page.

If your symptoms are persistent, worsening or unexplained, it's important to seek appropriate medical advice. I'll always work within my professional scope and recommend medical assessment where needed.
